Features:
  • 94 unit senior living community
  • 78 assisted living units
  • 16 memory support studios
  • ability to adjust care without relocating the resident

Located on 8.5 acre site at the southwest corner of the intersection of S. Midlothian Rd. and Courtland St. in Mundelein, IL is a proposed 94 unit senior living community. The design is a subtle modern take on Colonial forms and concepts, consistent with the styling seen in many neighboring homes.

This unique building is proposed to include 78 assisted living apartments and 16 memory support studios. A key feature of the facility is the ability to adjust care for residents without relocating them, allowing residents to feel more at home.
One popular feature is the ability to adjust care without relocating the resident. As residents age, our services will grow with them right in their existing apartment.

- Brenda Hearn, Executive Director, Carriage Crossing Senior Living

A design that blends with surroundings.

  • Design is consistent with the styling seen in many neighboring homes.

  • Vertical board and batten siding gives the design a Colonial feel.

  • Similar scaled levels of detail in the vertical bays, stone skirting, siding, and other aspects of the building add a Dutch character.
