Nestled in the hills of Moline, Ill., on the former site of Lutheran Hospital, Overlook Village retirement community boasts spectacular views of the city’s charming downtown and the Mississippi River. The sprawling four-story, 138-unit facility offers independent living, assisted living and memory care. Residents can enjoy all the amenities of home and beyond, including a fitness center, salon, recreation room, underground parking, dining rooms and a coffee/ice cream shop.

In addition to the stunning exterior and ample amenities, the interior features “modern farmhouse” design, including historic photographs from Moline. Light and relaxed, this style incorporates vintage designs in a modern way.
The exercise room, dining facility, and in-house entertainment are just a few of the amenities. The property is a striking addition to the Sixth Street neighborhood.
