The facility contains over 35 same-handed, right sized exam and procedure rooms and is designed using LEAN design methodology and delivered within an aggressive schedule and construction budget.

Designed to meet the medical needs of the Wabash County community in collaboration with the Wabash General Hospital, the Medical Office Building offers a home for Rural Health, Pediatrics, and Specialty Providers, all under one roof.
A new Elementary School has been built to replace the outdated, non-functional, and rigid elementary spaces previously housed at Lincoln (3-5) and Washington (PK-2). The unified PK-5 facility implements best-practice education design in an approximately 65,000 s.f. building, creating 15%-20% square footage efficiencies for the district.
The Burrill Hall project included the renovation of an existing library/learning center and library stacks to create a central area for the School of Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
