Email Signature
Use of our standard signature in email correspondence reinforces your professional affiliation with BLDD and provides consistency for recipients outside the firm. Please follow the guidelines and directions below to set up your BLDD email signature.
Guidelines:
- Badges and unique graphics are not permitted.
- Pronouns of reference may be used. If used, pronouns should be listed on the same line as your name so the relationship to you as an individual is clear.
- Inspirational messages or other quotations are better suited for personal email addresses.
- Keep the order of your information (title, address, etc.) uniform with these recommendations so recipients can easily find contact details when communicating with multiple individuals within BLDD.
Instructions and Formatting
1. Copy the entire signature below from the name through the logo.
2. Paste the signature into your gmail signature (under settings).

- Select all of the text and select the font "sans serif" to be sure the font is correct. It may already appear to be on the sans serif settings, but click that and select the "sans serif" font.
- If the web addres is a color other than black, select just the web address text (bldd.com) and choose black for the color.
- For emphasis, the name line and the web address should appear as bolded.
- Click save at the bottom of your email settings.
