This Class A commercial, six-story development will act as a gateway to downtown from the east as well as complement the increasingly dense and vibrant downtown district of Davenport, Iowa. Standing at over 100', the building will be one of the tallest in the downtown district. Its sleek, contemporary glass and metal image will make it the premier anchor point signaling the beginning of downtown Davenport from the east.
