Olivet Nazarene University's need to bring students and faculty/staff together has developed into Centennial Chapel. With a new pipe organ as the central focus, the chapel seats approximately 3,000 and has a chancel that accommodates 200 musicians. In order to create a feeling of community within this large room, the auditorium is designed to connect the balcony to the main floor. Flexibility is provided by upstage movable walls. The ability to quickly load and unload the students is also addressed.
