Serving as housing for married students and students with dependents, this project includes a 120-unit apartment complex and commons building on the university's main campus. BLDD designed three sizes of apartments for the project: 30 one-bedroom units, 75 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units. The anchor and centerpiece for the project is the Commons Building, which provides multi-purpose rooms for community gatherings, meetings and recreation.
