This 42-acre, $17 million campus Master Plan is part of Kaskaskia College's Vision 20-20, a 15-year strategic plan for the college's growth. The college's strategic objective is to strengthen its Vandalia Education Center with the creation of this new campus. The Master Plan has been developed to allow three to five phases to be completed over the next 15 years as appropriations are made available.
