Heartland Community College expansion has entered its second phase, a $60 million master plan expands the existing campus to provide programs and services that community college students expect. The second phase of the master plan will add 193,500 g.s.f. to the existing 340,000 g.s.f. master plan and designs originally developed over seven years ago by BLDD Architects. The new Master Plan includes a child care center, classroom building, student recreation center, continuing education center, receiving building and athletics complex.
