This facility expansion will include athletic and performing arts spaces to this college preparatory academy. The 55,000 s.f. athletic building includes a natatorium with 6 lane competition pool, competition gymnasium, fitness room, and locker rooms. The 55,000 s.f. performing arts building includes a state-of-the-art 500-seat auditorium, scene shop, green room, dressing rooms, music suite, and library. This was a joint venture project with Brook Architecture Inc.
