Designed to be a prototype for the hospital to be used in small, surrounding communities, the facility will have two service lines; one for primary care and one for rehabilitation services. It includes five exam rooms, nurses station, procedure room, cardio room, x-ray room, large rehab area, two treatment rooms, as well as offices, break room, reception, waiting, and building support spaces.
