The Ashford University 10-year master was designed to conclude in 2017, in time for the celebration of the University's 100th anniversary. Construction will occur in five phases concurrently to complete the goals and objectives of the master plan. These projects are designed to allow parts of each phase to begin while others are still in design. The master plan's main focus is driven by the need to create a campus capable of sustaining a campus population of 1,200 students at its completion.
