Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Business Development, and has significant growth potential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Engage in thoughtful, comprehensive research of clients and prospects within BLDD’s target markets, using a variety of resources
- Accurately capture and maintain information in client database
- Collaborate with marketing and firm leaders to refine the existing client experience tracking and marketing content distribution
- Coordinate meetings between key company personnel and potential new and existing clients to promote marketing and business development efforts
- Coordinate the client development process by providing information, promotional materials and advice to potential clients and act as liaison for BLDD
- Use marketing analytics to gather data, measure and report performance, and identify trends
- Prepare and deliver resource materials and internal training for CRM database
- Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Understanding of the B2B client acquisition/experience process
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of internal and external contacts
- A proven history of taking initiative
- Desire to collaborate and contribute to a healthy team dynamic
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database/CRM platforms
